Victorian House, Cobourg
This Victorian beauty had faded with time and needed some serious attention. The front and side porches and front windows were restored along with soffit and fascia replacement.
Every layer of the old, cracked paint was hand-scraped and sanded off before repair work was done to any needed areas. All woodwork was then sealed with primer and finished with two coats of premium paint.
Scaffolding was built as needed and a skyjack was employed to reach the third story soffit and fascia.
